No personal information about any person, which could be utilized to directly identify an individual person, is collected for any reason on this site system.

Browsing Data

When browsing the website, it will not collect, transfer, or store any information at all unless certain actions are performed where it is necessary to record in the event of needing to check activity of potential malicious intentions. Unless a user is signed in with an approved account generated by the webmaster(s), only the IP of a person is logged in the event of a sign-in or sign-in attempt. At no other time is this information stored and/or transferred to the database or any third party.

Login Data

Logged in users will have data collected and stored, and not accessible by anyone, for the sole purpose of matching it with the site to verify that a session is active or not.

These sessions last for 1 hour and all information which was collected for the purpose of this session is destroyed at the conclusion of that login session, or when the user logs out (whichever comes first). These sessions are stored as a cookie.

Users with google accounts within the organization can utilize them to log into their website accounts, provided that they have set up google login with an organization address. The only data utilized via google is verifying ownership of the account, and then matching to an account that has the same email set on it. This will then generate a login session in the same manner as a normal login. No data is stored beyond this other than the typical login session.

Event Log Data

Signed in accounts will have a log created whenever they perform certain actions on the website.

The IP is logged to verify if an account is being used by the normal user, and is only accessible by the webmaster(s) only for consistency purposes.

Cookies Overview

We use cookies to allow functionality on the website. They are used only to keep track of a logged in user; guests do not get cookies set for normal usage. These login sessions last 1 hour, and then all information on the server is deleted when the session expires.

All users given an account must agree to the cookies being set. If they take back this agreement, it must be in person and would likely result in them losing access to the account.

A single session cookie will be applied for functinality purposes when entering a valid page/post password on a password protected page and/or blog post. These last approx 30 minutes before it expires and is removed. This cookie is only on the user's end and only has information about the page.
